When you use the contact form we ask for your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website. Appointments booked through our external booking page are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy.
3. Why we use your data
We use the data from the contact form solely to answer your message and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We never use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
4. Who receives your data
Your message is delivered to our mailbox via a technical email delivery provider acting as a processor. Beyond that we do not share your data with third parties, unless we are legally required to.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep contact form messages no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete them afterwards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
